Modern Boho Farmhouse Finds

Hey everyone! I hope you all have enjoyed this long holiday weekend! My style has been going through a little bit of a transition recently, and I have been having so much fun incorporating subtle, neutral bits of the boho trend into my existing modern farmhouse style.

Yesterday I took my Instagram followers on a HomeGoods shopping trip with me via IG stories. I scored some really amazing finds (pictured above) including this fun Flokati stool, gorgeous vintage gray accent rug, and bold black and white geometric / tribal tassel rug. You all had so many questions about these fun finds, and lots of great input too. (I finally settled on the black and white rug in the kitchen and the gray vintage in the entryway. Thanks for the help deciding!) Anyways, since so many people were interested but these don’t have online sources (they were lucky HomeGoods finds), I have scoured a few of my favorite online sources to find some similar items for you.

I have linked up a few of my favorite similar items below.

I’ve long suspected that the industrial/boho vibe was more than just a passing trend. I am rooted in natural fibers, earthy pottery and original art. Wondered for awhile if I could pull off the farmhouse thing…..Um…No. I don’t have a farmhouse…I’ve got a serene secluded mountain cabin in Montana. I’m loving the items you found at HomeGoods. Have to admit to never having shopped HomeGoods but with a finely tuned eye to style and texture and originality, I can see that shopping there can be productive. This personal style thing is exactly that…Personal style. I am a total design/decor maverick with the underlying minimalist thing going on. What’s a girl to do?
